						Welcome to Bryce A. Schmidt, P.A., a law firm dedicated to honest and zealous representation of residents of Ocala and the surrounding area. It is my goal to provide friendly, competent legal services in a prompt and responsive manner. Whether the services required entail merely document drafting or protracted litigation, my primary concern is for the welfare of my clients. Attorneys are bound by ethical guidelines that are promulgated by the Florida Bar. These guidelines regulate attorney conduct in areas ranging from client communication to the management of a trust account. While these guidelines are useful and necessary, they were not meant to be the ultimate standard for attorney conduct. I take my profession very seriously and am not satisfied with meeting the minimal ethical guidelines. I strive to exceed the requirements of the Florida Bar in both professionalism and service. Above all it is my sincere desire to glorify God in both words and actions and to exemplify the words of Galations 6:9-10, “And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap if we faint not. As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all men, especially unto them who are of the household of faith.”
